Rebecca is a Texas native and from a young age she has always had something to say. This internal desire to connect with people and tell the untold stories of the world led her to major in Journalism, Public Relations and New Media at Baylor University. Since then, Rebecca has worked in PR, Marketing and Communications in multiple industries. As a publicist she scored executive coverage in publications such as Entrepreneur Magazine, Lawn and Landscape, ThinkRealty, Franchise Solutions, Franchise Connection and many more. During her time in franchising PR her social media content and media outreach contributed directly to the sale of multiple franchise locations. While PR and Marketing allowed her to exercise her creative muscles and strengthen her communication skills, her first love has always remained writing. This love has sparked the desire to take on freelance writing full time. When she isn’t writing, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her husband and dog.
